Key Account Manager - Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing our key accounts in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare revenue cycle management and a proven track record of successfully managing and growing key accounts. This role requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a deep understanding of the RCM industry and its challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the RCM industry
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
  • Understand the unique needs and challenges of each key account and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing support of RCM solutions for key accounts
  • Monitor key account performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to review performance, identify areas for improvement, and present new solutions or services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in RCM to provide valuable insights and recommendations to key accounts
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts
  • Prepare and present reports on key account performance, including revenue forecasts, sales pipeline, and customer satisfaction metrics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, with a focus on key account management
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key accounts in the RCM industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address key account challenges
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare revenue cycle management industry, including industry trends, regulations, and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage key accounts and track performance metrics
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with key accounts and attend industry conferences or events
