Practicing ER nurse turned healthcare marketing executive, Urvashi has worked for biotech and diagnostic giants like Abbott and Kimberly Clark in various global and regional marketing roles for over 12 years.
For more than a decade, Urvashi has immersed herself in the world of healthcare, forging close relationships with providers in the United States and abroad. Her relentless pursuit has been to gain a deep understanding of the challenges faced by these providers in their tireless efforts to deliver the highest quality care to their patients. Among the many issues, one consistently stood out—a significant portion of their valuable time was consumed by grappling with patient claims and authorizations.
In countless practices, Urvashi discovered a disheartening reality: doctors themselves were forced to juggle the burden of engaging with insurance companies or investing in hiring dedicated personnel. These tireless individuals dedicated their days to securing approval for necessary therapies and navigating the complicated process of claims that were unjustly denied due to erroneous coding. The consequences of this ordeal were profound—treatment was delayed, and in some unfortunate cases, devastating outcomes ensued.
Ariban Health was born out of this need and Urvashi’s passion for enabling timely treatment to patients without the worry of unexpected healthcare costs. She is driven with the purpose to help the providers deliver better care and thus improve outcomes. Today, Ariban Health is more than 100 strong and growing as we have partnered with some of the best medical billing and coding providers in the industry that have experience working in 50 states and across all specialties.
